Roast And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. roast
    1 can Golden Mushroom soup
    1 can French Onion soup
    Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning
    water
Preparation
    Season both sides of roast with Tony's seasoning; brown in iron skillet that has been sprayed with Pam. Put soups over roast; add enough water to cover roast. Cook uncovered in oven for 4 hours at 350\u00b0. Remove meat and slice. Place slices back into gravy.
