Pirogies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    sharp Cheddar cheese
    potatoes
    1 onion
    1/2 stick butter
    prunes (optional)
Preparation
    Boil potatoes and mash.
    Grate cheese and add to potatoes. Let cool.
    Prepare the dough.
    Sift together flour and salt.
    Add eggs.
    Mix with hands, adding 2+ cups of water when needed.
