Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. yellow squash
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 raw carrots, grated
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 stick butter or margarine, melted
    1 c. sour cream
    1 bag buttered herb dressing
    1 small jar pimentos, chopped
Preparation
    Cook sliced squash in small amount of water until tender; drain well.
    Mix all ingredients together except herb dressing. Pour into greased casserole dish.
    Top with herb dressing.
    Pour melted butter over top.
    Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
