Stuffed Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 uncooked manicotti shells
    1 container fat free Ricotta cheese (15 oz.)
    2 c. fat free Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
    3/4 tsp. dried Italian herb seasoning
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 c. no fat spaghetti sauce (recipe follows)
Preparation
    Cook manicotti according to package.
    In medium bowl, combine Ricotta cheese, 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic, salt and pepper.
    Stuff shells with cheese mixture.
    In baking dish, spread 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce.
    Put shells on top. Spread remaining spaghetti sauce on top.
    Sprinkle remaining Mozzarella on top.
    Bake, covered at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    (I did not bake this long, just until cheese was melted.)
