Chicken Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shredded green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    1 to 2 c. chopped chicken
    1 c. shredded celery
    1 can bean sprouts, drained
    chicken broth (enough to cover ingredients, 1 c.)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    In a large skillet, saute green pepper and onion in butter. Add remaining ingredients except flour and soy sauce. Simmer until hot.
    Make a paste of the flour and soy sauce. Add to ingredients in skillet and stir well.
    Continue simmering for approximately 10 minutes. Serve over rice.
