Italian Style Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 broiler (2 to 3 lb.)
    2 to 4 cloves garlic, chopped
    fresh lemon juice, to taste
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    fresh Italian parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except chicken, in a bowl and set it aside.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Cut chicken into serving pieces, wash and dry with paper towel.
    Place chicken in a baking pan and cook until about half done.
    Spread 1/2 the lemon juice mixture over the chicken and continue cooking until just about finished (10 minutes or so).
    Spread the remaining mixture and finish cooking. Be sure to put all the \"juice\" over the chicken when serving it.
