Grilled Lemon-Thyme Chicken Breasts(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breast halves, skinned, slightly flattened
    1 large or 2 medium garlic cloves, crushed with side of knife
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    a pinch of thyme
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Put breasts in a glass baking dish that will hold them in one layer.
    Beat the remaining ingredients in a small bowl with a fork and pour over chicken.
    Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 2 hours.
    Turn the breasts over once during that time.
    Preheat broiler.
    Remove the breasts from marinade and broil 4 minutes each side.
    Or grill over charcoal.
    Serves 4.
    Tastes delicious when served cold on a picnic.
