Chicken Salad Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. chicken breast
1/2 c. water
3 Tbsp. liquid smoke
2 tsp. turmeric
1 Tbsp. salt
1 c. toasted slivered almonds (also ripe olives or pecans)
2 c. seedless grapes
3 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 c. diced apples
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1/4 c. red vinegar
1/2 c. salad dressing
1/4 c. sour cream (yogurt)
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Cook the chicken in the water, liquid smoke, turmeric and salt. Cool and cut into chunks.
Add to chicken the almonds, grapes, celery, onions, apples and green peppers.
