Blini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
6 eggs
3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

Beat all ingredients until smooth.
Let stand at room temperature for 1 to 2 hours.
Have ready a small container of melted butter.
Heat a 10-inch crepe pan.
Brush with the melted butter.
Pour batter, about 1/4 cup at a time; rotate quickly to spread.
Cook over medium heat until bottom is slightly browned and top is set.
Turn out on lightly buttered plate; repeat until batter is used.
