Holiday Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
3 c. hot water
1 can jellied cranberry sauce
1 (16 oz.) pkg. sliced frozen strawberries and juice, thawed
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
Preparation

Mix together the jello and hot water, stirring until jello is completely dissolved.
Let cool 10 minutes.
Add the cranberry sauce and beat with mixer on low setting until mixture is smooth. Stir in the thawed strawberries with juice and the pineapple with juice.
Pour into a large mold or a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Refrigerate until firm.
