Shrimp With Fettucine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. virgin olive oil
1 stick butter
2 cloves garlic, crushed
3 lb. shrimp, cleaned and deveined
2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
juice of 1 lemon
1 c. sherry cooking wine
1 bunch green onions, diced
1 c. half and half
salt and pepper to taste
1 to 1 1/2 lb. fettucine
Preparation

Clean shrimp and coat with salt, pepper and flour and set aside. In a large pan, saut oil, butter, wine and garlic on medium heat. When hot, add shrimp and lemon juice and cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimp are pink. Add half and half and onions; stir and let simmer for 10 minutes. Let sauce thicken. Cook fettucine per directions on box; drain and add to shrimp. Mix well and serve.
