Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat eggs on high speed of mixer for 3 minutes.
Gradually beat in sugar.
Stir in pumpkin and lemon juice.
Stir together dry ingredients and fold into pumpkin mixture.
Bake in a greased and floured jelly roll pan at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Turn onto towel sprinkled with powdered sugar.
Roll and allow to cool.
