Japanese Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
3 c. flour
6 eggs
1 box coconut
2 c. sugar
1 box seedless raisins
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cloves
1 c. sweet milk
1 c. pecans
1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar; add milk.
Roll coconut, raisins and pecans in flour and add to mixture.
Then add beaten egg yolks. Fold in egg whites, beaten stiff.
Bake in four layers in 350\u00b0 oven.
