Oyster Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. whole milk
    1/2 c. cream
    1/4 c. butter
    1 pt. oysters with liquid
    1 tsp. celery salt or to taste
Preparation
    Heat milk and cream to scalding; do not boil.
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Add oysters with liquid.
    Cook gently, just until oyster edges curl.
    Add to scalded milk and cream.
    Season with celery salt.
    Serve immediately.
    Makes 2 servings.
