Watermelon Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. watermelon rinds, peeled
    2 c. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. cloves
    5 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    2 sticks cinnamon
Preparation
    Cook
    rinds
    in
    salted water until tender; drain well. Cook sugar, vinegar, water and spices.
    Add melon rinds.
    Cook on low heat until rinds are clear.
    Pack in jars and seal.
