Ingredients

1 (3-1/2 oz) Jello Vanilla Pudding Mix
1 cup corn syrup
3/4 cups evaporated milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 cup pecans
1 unbaked 8 inch pie shell
Preparation

Blend pudding and corn syrup.
Add milk and eggs, beat well, add pecans.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350 degrees until firm and top cracks (about 40 minutes).
Cool.
Serve with cool whip, if desired.
