Steak Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    Lawry's seasoning salt
Preparation
    Cut steak into 1-inch strips.
    Beat egg and milk together. Roll steak in milk and egg mixture.
    Mix graham cracker crumbs and flour.
    Roll steak strips in crumb mixture.
    Sprinkle with seasoning salt; fry.
