No-Knead Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

1 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
2 Tbsp. dry yeast (2 pkg.)
1/3 c. honey
1/3 c. oil
1 Tbsp. salt
3 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
7 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
Preparation

Combine 1 cup warm water and dry yeast and let stand 5 minutes.
Add honey, oil, salt, 3 cups warm water and flour.
Stir together.
It will be stiff, but can be stirred with a spoon. Grease well 3 loaf pans 3 1/2 x 7 1/2-inches.
Divide into pans. Put in oven and turn on for 1 minute at 350\u00b0.
Turn oven off and let rise 15 minutes.
Turn oven on again to 350\u00b0 and bake 50 minutes.
Let bread stand about 10 minutes after removing from oven.
Turn out onto wire rack and let cool.
