Veal Or Chicken Piccata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    veal or chicken cutlets (even flounder or sole works, too)
    flour, flavored with salt and pepper
    beaten egg
    oil
    butter
    fresh or dry parsley
    1 whole lemon
Preparation
    Slice cutlets thin.
    Place in flour, then egg.
    Fry in hot oil in skillet until lightly golden.
    Have another pan slowly simmering with melted butter.
    Drain well from oil and place in butter. Simmer a few minutes.
    Squeeze juice of 1/2 ot 1 lemon over cutlets.
    Try not to cook too much, that butter burns.
    Sprinkle with parsley and serve, spooning lemon-butter sauce over cutlets. Enjoy!
