Pork Barbecue Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. pork sirloin roast
    5 c. water
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 1/3 c. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In Dutch oven, combine meat and water.
    Bring to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 1 3/4 to 2 1/4 hours or until meat is very tender.
    Remove meat from broth; reserve 1/2 cup broth.
    Return broth to saucepan and add onion and celery.
    Cook, covered, for about 10 minutes or until veggies are very tender. Stir in brown sugar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, mustard and pepper.
    Remove meat from bones and discard fat and bones.
    Chop or shred remaining meat.
    Add meat to mixture in saucepan.
    Bring to boiling.
    Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for about 10 minutes or until the texture is desired consistency. Serve on buns.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
