Mushroom Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 cloves minced garlic
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. olive oil
    ground pepper and salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Wash and remove mushroom stems.
    Chop the stems and mix with garlic, parsley, cheese, oregano, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
    Place mushroom stem side up in baking dish.
    Fill mushrooms with mixture.
    Add 1/4 inch of water to dish. Pour olive oil evenly over caps and bake 30 minutes.
    Serves 5.
