Pasta Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 chicken breasts
1 green pepper, chopped
2 small cucumbers, chopped
1 small onion (optional)
1 carrot, shredded
1/2 lb. American white cheese, cubed
mayonnaise
1 box twist Trio noodles (3 color: orange, green and cream)
Preparation

Cook chicken; remove skin and bone and cut in small pieces. Cook noodles according to package directions.
Drain noodles and rinse with cold water.
Add all ingredients and mix well.
Serve as soon as done or chill before serving.
