Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless pork, cut into strips
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple (1/2 c. juice reserved)
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    2 c. broccoli florets
    1 medium red pepper
    4 scallions (1-inch lengths)
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper.
    Heat oil in wok or skillet over moderately high heat.
    Add half the pork.
    Cook 3 to 6 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Cook through, remove from wok, repeat with remaining pork.
    Reduce heat to moderately low.
    Mix pineapple juice and cornstarch and set aside.
