Cheddar Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

about 10 oz. broccoli, steamed and drained
3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced thin
1 can cream of chicken soup
about 2 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (3 oz.) can Durkee French fried onions
2/3 c. milk
Preparation

Mix thoroughly
soup and milk.
Arrange broccoli in 8 x 12-inch
casserole.
Layer
eggs,
1/2
can fried onions, soup mixture and
cheese
over
broccoli.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Top with remaining onions and bake 5 more minutes.
