Lebanese Style Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Uncle Ben's rice
    1/2 c. orzo or vermicelli
    1/2 c. rendered butter or 2/3 stick butter
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    4 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Melt butter in large saucepan.
    Add orzo and stir until it turns golden brown.
    Add rinsed, drained rice and stir and brown slightly.
    Add water and salt.
    Bring to a rolling boil, then cover and put on a very low heat for about 15 to 20 minutes until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
