Prune Paste - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. pitted prunes
6 Tbsp. water
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Prune paste replaces high fat shortening in recipes for brownies, muffins and other baked goods.
This recipe reduces the fat in recipes by at least 75%.
Best when used fresh but can be kept in the refrigerator for several days.
To make, blend the pitted prunes with the water and vanilla.
