Honey Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour, sifted
3/4 c. corn meal
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. honey
2 Tbsp. melted margarine
1 c. milk
Preparation

Sift together flour, corn meal, baking powder and salt into bowl.
Combine egg, honey, margarine and milk.
Add to dry ingredients, stirring just enough to moisten.
Pour batter into greased 8-inch square baking pan.
Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes, or until done.
Serve warm.
Makes 9 servings.
