Apple Cinnamon (Or Banana) Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plain yogurt
    3 eggs or egg substitute equivalent
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. flour (whole wheat or white)
    1 c. applesauce or mashed bananas
    cinnamon to taste
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients with whisk.
    Whisk in baking powder, baking soda, then flour.
    Fold in applesauce or bananas.
    Add cinnamon.
    Cook on a hot griddle and enjoy!
    Leftovers can be frozen and reheated in the microwave.
