Slow Cooked Sweet Potatoes With Apples - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 c. or 2 lb. peeled (1-inch cubes) or diced sweet potatoes
1/2 c. 100% apple juice
1 (20 oz.) can apple pie filling
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. tub oleo, melted
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Place diced potatoes in a slow cooker, then apple juice.
In small bowl, mix apple pie filling, brown sugar, oleo and cinnamon. Spoon over potatoes.
Cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours or until potatoes are tender.
Add raisins the last half hour of cooking.
