Buttered Steamed Calico Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. butter
1 c. peeled and cubed raw potatoes
7 oz. (1 c.) drained corn
1/2 c. peeled and sliced carrots
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

In heavy 2 quart saucepan, melt butter.
Add remaining ingredients and cover tightly.
Cook, stirring frequently, over medium-low heat until potatoes are tender, 10 to 15 minutes.
