Pumpkin Pancakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. Bisquick
2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1/2 c. Libby's pumpkin
12 oz. can evaporated milk
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
powdered sugar or pancake syrup
Preparation

Mix ingredients, beginning with dry, until batter has no lumps.
Pour batter on hot buttered griddle.
Serve pancakes with a dusting of powdered sugar or syrup.
