Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. molasses
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sour milk
2 tsp. soda
Preparation

Mix all together.
Flour enough to roll into balls, so you can handle
it.
Place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
