No-Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    5 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Measure shortening and flour and blend together with salt. Mix eggs, water and vinegar together, then add to flour mixture. When dough holds together, roll out with rolling pin and use as usual.
    Makes 5 crusts and will refrigerate for 2 weeks, or may be frozen and defrosted for later use.
