Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1/2 lb. grated American cheese
    1 medium onion
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
Preparation
    Clean carrots and slice thin.
    Cook and drain.
    Saute onion in margarine.
    Combine milk, cheese, onion/margarine mixture and soup.
    Add carrots.
    Pour into greased casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
