Brunch Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. seasoned croutons
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    8 eggs, slightly beaten
    4 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled or 1 lb. sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled
Preparation
    Combine croutons and cheese.
    Place in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
    Mix until well blended.
    Pour over crouton mixture.
    Sprinkle crumbled bacon or sausage on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 8 to 12 servings.
