Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. frozen broccoli, thawed or fresh and steamed
    2 c. instant rice
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3/4 c. butter
    3 c. milk
    1/2 c. sour cram
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can mushroom soup (Campbell's Homestyle)
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Put in broccoli, rice and onion. Melt together cheese, butter and milk.
    Add soup and sour cream. Pour over broccoli mixture.
    Stir and let set in refrigerator overnight.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
