Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 peeled potatoes
    1 qt. milk
    2 diced onions
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    a few grains cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
Preparation
    Cook the potatoes in salted water until soft, then rub through strainer.
    Scald milk with onions.
    Remove onions and add milk, stirring, to potatoes.
    Melt half the butter and add flour, salt, celery salt, pepper and cayenne.
    Stir until well mixed and then stir into hot soup.
    Boil for 1 minute.
    Strain and add the remaining butter.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
    Serves 4 to 6.
