Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked, mashed squash
    3/4 stick oleo
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. evaporated milk
    2 c. crushed corn flakes (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients (except corn flakes) well.
    Bake in a greased casserole dish at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
