Idiot Proof Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/3 c. diced onions
    1/3 c. diced celery
    1 c. uncooked rice (no Minute rice)
    1 c. water
    1 cut-up chicken
    melted butter
Preparation
    Stir together everything, except chicken and butter, in a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Lay chicken on top.
    Pour melted butter over chicken.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Garlic salt is good on this. Bake, uncovered, 45 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
