Layered Wild Rice And Asparagus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. wild rice
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup (or make a white sauce of your own)
    2 tsp. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 can asparagus spears, drained
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    6 strips bacon, chopped and browned
Preparation
    Cook wild rice according to package directions.
    Combine soup (or sauce whichever you use), onion and sour cream.
    Place wild rice on the bottom of a casserole.
    Lay asparagus spears on top. Pour sauce over asparagus, then top with cheese and bacon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
