Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 c. sour milk
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. mashed bananas

Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar.
Add eggs, vanilla, salt and part of milk.
Beat.
Sift together flour, soda and baking powder. Add, alternating with remainder of milk and mashed bananas.
Beat well.
Bake at 365\u00b0 about 35 minutes.
