Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
    1/3 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    3 green onions, chopped
    2 egg yolks
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 c. seasoned stuffing
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower according to directions on package.
    Place in mixing bowl and stir 30 seconds.
    Scrape bowl and stir.
    Beat on No. 4 speed.
    Change to whip for 30 seconds.
    Add the rest of the ingredients and mix again for 30 seconds.
    Place in 3-cup casserole dish.
    Mix remaining butter and stuffing on top and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serves 4.
