Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 slices bread
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheese (Mozzarella or Cheddar)
    1 lb. cooked sausage, crumbled, or cubed ham
    10 eggs
    2 c. milk
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of garlic powder
    dash of minced onion
    dash of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with Pam.
    Line pan with bread.
    Add meat and cheese (in layers).
    Mix eggs, milk and remaining ingredients in separate bowl; pour over mixture.
    Cover with more cheese (if desired).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes. (Can be prepared the night before.)
