1/4 c. fat free Italian salad dressing
salt to taste
Preparation

Slice potatoes in french fry style. Toss with dressing and place on sprayed baking sheet. Spray top of potatoes with cooking spray like Pam. Salt to taste and bake at 400\u00b0 for approximately 25 minutes. Turn once during cooking time. Serves 6. Per serving: 2 g. fat, 0 g. sugar, 5 g. fiber, 100 calories.
