Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1 egg
1/2 c. pumpkin or squash
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients, then cut in butter and stir in raisins.
Blend egg, milk and pumpkin or squash.
Add to dry mixture, stirring just until moistened.
Do not overmix.
Bake in greased muffin tin at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
(May sprinkle sugar or cinnamon on top.)
