Johnny Marzetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. oleo
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can tomato paste
2 cans sliced mushrooms
1 green pepper, sliced
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
2 large onions, sliced
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 cans water
1 c. diced celery
1 tsp. vinegar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. broad noodles
Preparation

Melt in skillet or pan the oleo.
Add onion and garlic and cook until soft.
Add ground beef and brown well.
Stir in and simmer for 15 minutes for rich sauce, tomato paste, mushrooms, water, celery, green pepper, cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Cook noodles until tender.
Drain noodles and mix with sauce and ground beef.
Heat for 1 hour and serve.
