Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. grated, peeled raw zucchini
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat the eggs until light and foamy. Add sugar, oil, zucchini and vanilla; mix lightly, but well. Combine flour, salt, soda, baking powder and cinnamon.
    Add to egg-zucchini mixture.
    Stir until well blended.
    Add nuts and pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool on rack.
