Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can whole tomatoes, chopped with juice
1 or 2 large onions (depending on taste)
1 lb. cube steak, tenderized
McCormick steak seasoning
2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Slice onions.
Melt margarine in large frying pan on medium heat.
Sprinkle cube steaks with seasoning.
Brown steaks.
Cover with onion slices.
Pour whole tomatoes with juice over steak and onions.
Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until onions are tender.
