Chinese Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            7 lb. chicken wings, cut in 2 pieces
 
3/4 c. soy sauce
3/4 c. sugar
dash of garlic powder
Preparation
- 
                            Soak chicken wings in salted water for 1 hour.
 
Put on paper towel and dry.
Put in roasting pan.
Mix soy sauce, sugar and garlic powder.
Marinate overnight.
Turn.
Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Turn often.
Serve warm.
