Sauteed Mushrooms(Hongos En Mantequilla) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices buttered toast
    1 small onion, chopped (1/4 c.)
    16 oz. mushrooms, sliced
    juice of 1 lemon (1/4 c.)
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. snipped parsley
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Remove crusts from toast and cut each slice into 4 triangles. Cook and stir onion in margarine and oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until tender.
    Add remaining ingredients, except toast and parsley.
    Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Stir in parsley.
    Serve over toast triangles. Makes 4 servings.
